In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered July 6 against James Leon Cunningham of Jefferson on a charge of interference with official acts. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 state surcharge and a $5 county surcharge. Court costs were $60. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed. A judgment was entered in magistrate court in a case initiated in district court against Joe Edward Blackmon of Jefferson. He was charged in district court with public intoxication- third offense. The charge was amended to public intoxication- first offense and a judgment was entered for a $100 fine with a $35 state surcharge, a $5 county surcharge, and a $10 surcharge for drug abuse resistance education (DARE). Court costs were $100.

Siruta of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal mischief- fifth degree; Trinity Glen Welch of Jefferson, provide false identification information; and Jerimy J. Godwin of Bouton, theft-fifth degree.
